Meet Ryan

I’m a lifelong resident of the Bellevue area. In 1976, I attended grade school at Bellevue Christian School in Clyde Hill and attended school in our area through high school. I graduated from the University of Washington, where I met my wife, Angelina.

Angelina and I raised three great kids in this community: Haley, Blake, and Gianna. I was a volunteer coach for my children through Bellevue Boys and Girls Club and Bellevue Christian School.

I am a third-generation commercial real estate professional in this area. My grandfather came to the Pacific Northwest after WWII to support GI Housing, and he started a real estate firm where my father and uncles also worked. I have been a commercial real estate broker for the last 23 years. I have had experience working with developers, business owners, and city governments. I am a partner at my firm, NAI Puget Sound Properties, and was with Wallace Properties previously.

Clyde Hill is a special place. My wife and I have lived in the house built by the man who settled Clyde Hill, Mr. Patrick Downey, for 18 years. We love it here, and we will never move.

I wanted to volunteer with the Clyde Hill Planning Commission to preserve our great and unique lifestyle as Clyde Hill residents. While serving on the Planning Commission for the past three years, I realized that my experience in complex real estate matters is a missing piece at the city. I have no other agenda but to preserve this lifestyle for ourselves and future generations.
